Jessica started work with us months before our house went on the market, advising us on what made sense to fix or upgrade and what was best left. She then helped us to managed the various contractors and often was at our house (we had already moved to our new home) letting trades in and ensuring they did a good job. One key point was that we knew we wouldn't be ready to sell until early 2020 so in late Summer 2019 she had outside photographs taken to ensure we showed off the garden and pool at it's best.At all points of this pre sale works she always impressed me with her knowledge and responsiveness to each challenge.When the house finally went to market on a Thursday in late January we had an all cash, over asking, offer by Sunday evening. She then worked with the buyers realtor to move the sale along. Unfortunately due to the COVID crises the buyer got cold feet and pulled out.
